Thursday Cottage began as a small company based in the cottage of it's owners Hugh and Pam Corbin, until they sold the company in 2002. It is now based on a farm in Essex, operating as a small production unit, under the guidance of Pam the staff ensure that their jams and spreads taste as good as they always have. The care deeply about creating naturally delicious products and the only way they can do this is by making all their preserves, curds and marmalades by hand, and cooked in an open pan. They use only the very best ingredient, and they grow a variety of traditional as well as the more unusual fruit close to their production kitchen. You couldn't get fresher then that.
