Saturday 9am - 9pm (including evening drinks and snacks from 4:30pm - 7pm and Chef's Table set menu tables from 7-8pm)

The Whitmuir cafe-restaurant is now being run by AtlanticOrganic and is open every day. All our food is prepared on the premises and is organic and seasonal, and as locally sourced as possible. Breakfast is served until midday, lunch is available from 12-2:30pm Monday-Thursday and until 4pm on Friday-Sunday. If you are peckish after our lunch service, please ask staff what is available (other than our range of delicious cakes and drinks). We offer drinks and snacks from 4:30-7pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (children welcome). Through the summer we will be serving a set evening menu on Saturdays with tables available between 7-8pm.
Chef Alexander Escobar, comes to us from Devon via Belgium and the Canary Islands. He is an entrepreneur and executive chef with 30 years’ catering experience, who was looking for an opportunity to develop a farm-to-table concept and engage more deeply with local, seasonal, organic, slow food. Alex is accredited to the Slow Food Movement and has now been running AtlanticOrganic at Whitmuir since 1 February 2019, offering a fresh, seasonal, organic twist on Scottish and European cuisine.

ATLANTICORGANIC FRIDAY SUPPER CLUB - LAST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH
Starting on 26 April, Whitmuir hosts the AtlanticOrganic Supper Club, a new, monthly Supper Club for foodies who love to discover fantastic seasonal, organic and local produce in exciting and innovative flavour combinations! AtlanticOrganic proposes sociable, communal dining on the last Friday of the month. Come and learn more about the produce, taste new dishes and meet new people. The cafe-restaurant space is also available for events, private hire or meetings within or outwith the regular opening hours. AtlanticOrganic are also available for external functions, outside catering and private chef engagements.
SATURDAY NIGHTS AT THE CHEF’S TABLE
Beginning Saturday 20 July, we will be opening on Saturday evenings, offering a 2-course menu for £20 (£10 for under 11’s). The menu will feature three options of classic dishes for each course and additional courses and drinks can be purchased extra. Occasionally we will have a featured theme, such as our Harvest Supper (7 September). Whatever the occasion, count on AtlanticOrganic for wholesome dishes of seasonal, organic produce – fresh from the land!
ABOUT ATLANTICORGANIC AT WHITMUIR KITCHEN
Welcome to AtlanticOrganic at Whitmuir. The building is fully accessible, with comfy sofas, a wood burning stove, a play corner for children and a working farm to visit. The parking is free and you can enjoy the farm walks, meeting the pigs and enjoying the view.
We strive to source sustainably and ethically according to the seasons. All our food is freshly prepared on-site according to the Soil Association guidelines for organic food, except for a small minority of items which are foraged or, (for example our fish and seafood), is sustainably and regeneratively sourced from wild stocks.We are happy to cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free diets – please alert us at the time of booking if possible. Likewise, please make any allergies and intolerances known.
The Fairy Walk is open everyday - fairies do better on organic farms because there isn't all the spraying and nasty chemical stuff going on. Enjoy some snap shots here. We also have a lovely Pollinator Trail where you can find out about all the amazing insests and beastie that help us grow our food.
