A family run business based on an Aberdeenshire Farm, they create a variety of different preserves, from jams and jellies to chutneys. They began in 1999 with the intention of creating good quality organic produce, made from the herbs, fruits and vegetables on their own farm. All of their products are handmade in small batches, this way they are able to ensure that they preserve as much flavour as possible in every jar that they sell. The unique and flavoursome preserves that they create has meant that their popularity has increased a incredible amount, and have since won a number of different awards, for example their Traditional marrow Chutney was declared ‘Supreme Champion’ at the National Chutney Challenge in 2009. Whilst their Hot Lemon Relish has been awarded 3 awards in the past 3 years, having won the Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Award for 2 years running, in 2010 and 2011.
