Sea salt flakes harvested from the shores of the remote Scottish Hebridean Isle of Lewis.

Delicately cold smoked by our local Hebridean Smokery down by the pier in Stornoway, using a special mix of peat and oak for an extra depth of flavour. Peat is very much a part of the Hebridean landscape - the unmistakeable smell of peat on the fire fills the air daily.

Use as an all around seasoning to add a distinctive and delicious smoky flavour to meat, fish, poultry, pasta and vegetables.

Peacefully nestled on the banks of the remote and stunning Loch Erisort, out in the wilds of the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, we couldn't ask for a better home for Scotland's first sea salt company. Our sea salt is hand harvested using the simplest of recipes; Hebridean Sea Water heat and time. Nothing added, nothing removed - creating pure white crunchy sea salt flakes that melt in the mouth.
