Butchery

All our beef, pork and lamb is reared to the highest of organic standards and butchered in our on-farm butchery by our master butcher Robert Cruise. The cattle and sheep are grass reared and finished providing us with fantastic red meat containing 50% more beneficial omega-3 fatty acids than found in conventional meat. Our Tamworth, Duroc and Great White pigs are outdoor reared in woodland and grassland. They are free to root, roam and generally cause trouble, all of which contributes to the production of some of the best pork in the whole of the British Isles.
